My obsession with make up started from a young age; I was one of those girls at school wearing a full face of it but somehow craftily I was never told to "wipe that muck" off my face. Finally, after friends started asking/demanding that I come over to help with their make up for nights out, I took the plunge into doing it semi-professionally and putting myself out there.
I did my first shoot in June 2007 for Apocalypse Girls and haven't looked back. I devote a lot of my time to research and practice, and feel I'm constantly developing and creating. I want to produce something special each time and spend a lot of my time researching and practicing for shoots; for me, it's about creating something beautiful and equally fascinating.
As of April 2011, I am now qualified in Beauty Make Up Professional Level 3 NCFE Diploma with a Distinction however I believe that huge parts of this job are based upon creativity, professionalism and honest hard work; of which I feel I give my all, and work to the very best of my ability. Coupled with my professional and friendly approach, I think I'm on to a winner! My testimonials show the feedback I've been given by people I've already worked with and hope to work with again.
When I'm not up to eyeballs in eye-shadow, I am found being with my family, watching football, being in the cinema, drinking gin or cider, singing loudly, doing afternoon tea, playing on my HTC, thinking about holidays or confusing people with my occasional Welsh and Scouse accents.
So then; welcome to my site, and feel free to contact me if you've any questions or would like to discuss a few ideas with me. I look forward to hearing from you!
